Privacy Features in Action

1. Mixer Integration

Cloak Bot integrates with on-chain mixers to anonymize transactions. When funds are transferred, they pass through a mixer, which combines multiple transactions from different users. Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: The user initiates a transfer from their Main Wallet to one of their Trading Wallets.

  • Step 2: The transfer goes through a privacy mixer, where it is pooled with transactions from other Cloak Bot users. This blending process obscures the origin of the funds.

  • Step 3: The funds are redistributed to the target Trading Wallet in smaller, randomized portions, making it nearly impossible to trace the transaction back to the original wallet.

Example: You transfer 10 ETH from your Main Wallet to a Trading Wallet. Instead of directly appearing in the Trading Wallet, the mixer breaks the amount into random chunks (e.g., 3.1 ETH, 2.7 ETH, 4.2 ETH) and routes them through intermediary wallets before depositing them in the Trading Wallet. The blockchain shows multiple unrelated transactions, effectively masking the original transfer.

2. Transaction Privacy with Stealth Nodes

Cloak Bot uses private stealth nodes to process all transactions, bypassing public blockchain nodes. These private nodes prevent bots and blockchain analytics tools from monitoring your activity during execution.

  • Step 1: When you issue a buy or sell command, the transaction details are encrypted and sent to Cloak Bot’s stealth node infrastructure.

  • Step 2: The stealth node routes the transaction securely, ensuring that wallet addresses, gas settings, and slippage parameters are obfuscated.

  • Step 3: Once the transaction is complete, only the final result is visible on-chain, with no traceable path to your originating wallet.

Example: You snipe a token at launch. Instead of revealing your wallet address or timing on the blockchain, the stealth node executes the trade, masking your identity until the transaction is confirmed.

3. Multi-Wallet Privacy

Cloak Bot supports a Main Wallet and up to 10 Trading Wallets, with anonymized transfers between them. This structure allows users to keep trading activities isolated and unlinked.

  • Step 1: Funds are transferred from the Main Wallet to a Trading Wallet through Cloak Bot’s mixer, obscuring the transaction origin.

  • Step 2: Each Trading Wallet operates independently, preventing connections between them or the Main Wallet during trades.

  • Step 3: After trading, funds can be moved back to the Main Wallet using the same anonymized process.

Example: Your Main Wallet holds your capital, but you snipe tokens using Trading Wallet 3. When the trade is complete, profits are routed back to the Main Wallet through the mixer, ensuring no on-chain link exists between the two wallets.

Summary of Privacy Steps

  1. Wallet Setup: Generate or import wallets securely; private keys remain local to the user.

  2. Mixer Integration: Anonymize all transfers using a blending process to obscure origins.

  3. Stealth Node Execution: Mask transaction details during execution to prevent tracking.

  4. Multi-Wallet Anonymity: Isolate trading wallets from the Main Wallet with secure, untraceable transfers.

What This Means for Users

While no system can completely eliminate blockchain transparency, Cloak Bot’s privacy measures significantly reduce traceability. By combining mixers, stealth nodes, and a multi-wallet setup, users can trade confidently, knowing their activities are as private as possible in a decentralized environment.
